France from Hetalia as a mermaid. He's a mermaid in one of my rps on MSN and this is a design I came up with for what he'd look like.
My biggest plushie yet! He's about a foot long using my own pattern for the tail. I tried something different for his hair and I'm happy with how it turned out.
Yellow on his tail and the blue on his body is sewn on as an applique.
